Translation = Summer Wine

Enjoyed in Tapas Bars all over Madrid, this summer wine recipe is sure to please and quench your thirst!

1 large pitcher
1 large lemon
1 bottle of inexpensive red wine
1 liter of Fresca Lemon (or similar) (May use diet)
Ice

Slice the lemon. Fill the pictcher with ice. Fill 1/2 with wine. Place sliced lemons into mixture and stir. Fill remaining of pitcher with Fresca. Pour into Lexan wine glass, serve, and enjoy!
